CK foundation selflessly aims to be one of the pillars within society in ensuring that Africa becomes a safe home with little social ills. We can only achieve this by creating sustainable programs that will eliminate drug abuse, poverty and inequality. Our focus is ensuring that education and skills are right especially to the young people, we also focus on ensuring that poverty is reduced with the aim of elimination through different interventions. Hungry and malnourished children can only lead to a no future for that society or country, we participate in early childhood centres feeding to assist and ensure that children have nutritious meals for them to grow healthy. The CK Foundation was founded by Citrum Khumalo in 2007, an entrepreneur well known as chef Khumalo. Inspired by his passion in cooking. a totally benevolent individual who saw it necessary to start an organisation to continue addressing social ills from our society. His story is about coming from a home with Ubuntu, His charity values were instilled by his mother and Grandmother since his childhood, who used to help a lot around the community., This being the true reflection of African spirit of ubuntu which has seen the survival of African Nations for decades, Our continent is facing a number of social ills that includes hunger, lack of education, drug abuse, rape, gender-based violence especially against women.
